This is what happens when a bed liner is installed incorrectly!
These are actual bed liners that were done by a different shop in the area. The trucks were brought to us so we could correct the problem.

What on Earth is This??
This is what happens when a bed is not properly prepped before the liner material is sprayed.

Same truck, different angle....UGLY...BAD
|
Poor Prep Caused It.
Poor prep is what caused this liner to fail. This is the bed under all of that peeling liner.
Look close, you can see faint swirl marks from the scuff pad. The problem is you have to look hard to see it.
The scuff marks should be obvious and over the entire surface of the bed. On this truck, the prep work was sloppy and
it resulted in a failed liner.

This Is Good Prep
Look at this picture. You can see the bed has been scuffed up the correct way. You have to get through the clear coat
and into the first layer of paint in order to get the liner to stick properly. |
Look! Another Bad Liner!
We got a second truck with a failed liner the day after we fixed the other truck! See how it is just peeling off! Poor prep everytime! |
Just a close up of the white truck
Poor Prep, Poor Prep, Poor....well you get the idea.

Peels off so easy an 8 year old can get it out
Most of the liner peels right up. To speed up the tear out, we employed our shop gopher and his trusty pressure washer to get it out in no time at all. |
I HATE BAD BED LINERS!!
Not really, this picture was posed for, he really does love running the pressure washer! |
